Oh.My.God
I thought I'd managed to curb my thirst of wanting a Ball-Joint Doll (bjd, or also known as Super Dollfie). But I guess I was painfully wrong.
Okay, let me start from the beginning. Me being a freak for all cute stuff ranging from plush toys to figurines to barbie dolls, I happened to stumble upon this thread while i was lurking in a forum (as per usual).
The user was sharing pictures of his or her bjd in that thread and obviously, Lysa got poisoned!! She went on to search about super dollfies (coz that's what Lysa loves to do - online surfing) and found out about Volks and Pullip.
It wasn't until I found out about Dream of Doll (DoD) that I started going crazy over dollfies.
But, oh, the price! It was a total killer to see that a decent looking dollfie costs well over Malaysian Ringgit 2000 (wtf) and, well, you can't really get 'em locally...
So yeah, Lysa pretty much convinced herself that never in a million years will she be able to buy and maintain a dollfie, gave up on it, continued with life, and promptly forgot about it...
...until today, that is.
She stumbled upon this blog (managed by a local girl) while she was - what else? - surfing the net and the girl was offering services to buy dollfies!
Memories came rushing back as Lysa clicked on the links to dollfie makers whom she'd never heard before. (After looking at DoD, I didn't like any other types of dollfie)
After checking out a few of the sites, Lysa totally fell in love with Dollmore! Their dolls are gorgeous!!!
Okay, 'nuff said. Piccie time!!!

Seriously, it's a sin for them dolls to cost as much as a laptop.
